Current beta
The current HerWay beta registration is free. It does not collect payment details, create a subscription, or create a chargeable account. There is therefore no beta registration payment to refund.
Give-back charges
Agreements in HerWay include an agreed financial give-back that takes effect if a commitment is not completed by its agreed deadline. Because transactions are executed automatically based on mutual agreement and self-reported completion status, give-back charges are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure during payment or delivery fulfillment.
When paid services launch
Before any paid subscription feature is enabled, HerWay will publish the applicable price, billing schedule, cancellation process, payment-provider terms, and refund rules. Those terms will be shown before payment and will replace or supplement this page as appropriate.
Payment disputes
If you see a payment you do not recognize, contact talk@herway.app as soon as possible. You may also have rights through your payment provider or financial institution.
