These Terms govern your use of the HerWay website, beta registration, and any HerWay product or service made available to you. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
1. Beta access
Joining the beta list is a request to hear from HerWay. It does not create an account, guarantee access, guarantee a launch date, or create a paid subscription. Beta access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn as the product is developed.
2. Planned app features
HerWay is intended to help consenting partners clarify responsibilities, agree on commitments, and track follow-through. Features, pricing, payment flows, limits, and availability may change before launch. Only features and terms presented in the app at the time of use will apply.
4. Consent and safety
HerWay must not be used for threats, coercion, harassment, financial control, or abuse. Any future commitment or consequence feature must be voluntary and mutually understood by the people involved. Do not use HerWay as a substitute for emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, or mental-health care.
5. Payments
No payment is required to join the current beta list. If paid features become available, the applicable price, billing terms, payment provider, cancellation process, and refund rules will be shown before payment and will govern that transaction. HerWay will not describe a payment feature as available until it is actually enabled.
6. Acceptable use and access
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious or automated traffic, impersonate another person, or use HerWay to violate another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
7. Intellectual property
HerWay and its original content, branding, software, and designs belong to HerWay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission. You retain ownership of feedback you provide, but grant HerWay permission to use that feedback to improve the service without identifying you publicly unless you agree otherwise.
8. Disclaimers
The website and beta materials are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular situation. HerWay does not guarantee relationship outcomes, behavior change, or financial results.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HerWay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or beta materials. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a material change affects an existing paid service, we will provide notice where required.
